The function of the A1 dustproof ring is to prevent the entry of dust, dirt, sand and metal chips. The special design prevents scratches, protects the guide parts, and prolongs the working life of the seal.
The outer diameter with interference can ensure that the dust ring is tightly fitted into the groove, thereby preventing the intrusion of foreign particles and moisture. The A1 type dust ring seals the cylinder tightly without screws and brackets. Since there is no metal insert, it will not rust like a metal frame dust ring. The groove does not have to require very strict tolerances.
If you need a small amount or other size A1 dust ring, you can use the next larger size with the same cross section to cut out.
